OMIG's work in conjunction with the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and the U.S. Department of Veteran's affairs resulted in search and arrest warrants for Mikhail Presman, MD, a psychiatrist with the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs (VA).
